Serious stuff. After all, it's OUR RIGHT.

If you believe in your right to know what is in your food, this is an important campaign to get behind. It's called "Yes on 522"; I've posted a similar ad a couple of weeks back. It's up for a vote in Washington State next month, on November 5, and it will be an important precedent for the rest of the country.

I believe labeling is just a matter of time. With more and more people being made aware of GMOs, the extent to which they exist, and the reasons why they exist, an increasing number of consumers will simply demand their right to correct and complete information at the grocery store. Whether or not people are bothered by the idea of ingesting GMOs, the idea of knowing whether or not they are will become apparent and simply make sense. Let's hope the vote in Washington next month will get the ball rolling and snowball nationwide.

If you believe in your right to know, please help fight for it. This page has names of brands that belong to huge corporations that are putting in millions of dollars to defeat Proposition 522. They don't want you to know whether or not you are ingesting GMOs. Print your copy; BOYCOTT these brands, and let these companies know that you want to know what's in your food. Plain and simple.
