Happy Fourth of July!

It was nice to have July 4 fall on a Friday this time. I had a relaxing and productive day before walking over to Whole Foods Brooklyn to check out the fireworks from their upstairs eating area. At least that's where we started watching the show through some glass windows with a small crowd of other spectators before we went downstairs and outside and watched it from the parking lot. It was spectacular, but one of these days I would definitely want to watch it from a better vantage point, somewhere high up in Manhattan where I can see the whole thing.
