Dried mangoes!

I discovered this at Trader Joe's a few weeks ago. I thought it was worth a try but didn't really expect it to be that good. Well, guess what? It is! I've had to get it every time I'm there, & it's usually gone in a couple of days once I open it. It takes care of my sweet tooth, and it doesn't break the bank. Score!

A breakfast sandwich with a fried egg, a slice of tomato, and breaded eggplant (frozen  food from Trader Joe's) on toasted bread. Two pieces of dried mangoes on the side.
