Care for some pumpkin carving tips?

Really enjoyed this video and thought it was quite useful. I don't think I'll be doing any carving this Halloween. In fact, I haven't done it in a while. But if I were to do it, I'd definitely check out this video again for some ideas. Btw, did you know it's better to gut the pumpkin from behind, not from the top? Had no idea.
